A Smile for Myself — Julian's Veneer Journey at Greenfield Dental
Julian is 35, a social worker from Germany and a former scuba instructor. He had never cared much about outward appearance, but over the years grew uncomfortable with his teeth: a childhood brace treatment he felt went wrong, an uneven bite that left teeth broken and flat, and a yellowish colour. For him it was about feeling good in front of the mirror, not about looking pretty for others. Friends in Germany warned him about problems, while Vietnamese friends told him dentists here are among the best; he checked prices and quality and trusted the culture. He recalls Greenfield's detailed overview of the process and price at first contact, room to stop and adjust small design wishes, the fear that comes with a big treatment, and the strange moment of seeing a beautiful smile after 35 years. Now he smiles on the street and bites on both sides.
