Johnny Balance is an entertainer who balances trolleys and tables on his face, has worked on cruise ships for about 14 years and spends around 250 days a year at sea. Years of sugar left him with many fillings, yellowed teeth and a gap he hid for photos after shows. After researching dentists at home and seeing Greenfield's reviews online, he had an implant, his fillings replaced and his teeth whitened. He describes a painless treatment, a shade he asked to change the next day, and Annie replying to his message at 11 p.m. within seconds — service he says would mean a year's wait back home.
